making apple juice caviar/ the spherification proses

spherification. spherification is where you turn something into a sphere. To do this in this instant you need to dissolve sodium alginate and calcium lactate into to separate liquids one of them with the apple juice. and dropping it with a syringe into the other liquid

when you drop it in it cooks and forms a jello membrane and creates a sphere.
